Trail Highlights
An easy Jeep trail with unbeatable views of historic ranch country, Rocky Mountain peaks, green river valleys, and fragrant aspen forests—this is the poster trail for Southwest Colorado!  Great for hiking and camping, too.

Combine with Imogene Pass or Ophir Pass for a loop back to Ouray.

Rating
Easy 2. Some steep grades, shallow water crossings, and rutted, narrow sections.  Wet conditions may make the road impassible for any vehicle.

20 miles off-pavement. Allow 2 hours.
